Areas of Practice

Personal Injury is a unique practice of law wherein a person, whether they sustain a soft-tissue injury or a catastrophic injury, seek an attorney to assist them in the recovery of money from an insurance company or some other liable business or person.  The area of Personal Injury practice involves two separate processes:  1) Claims process and 2) Litigation process.  Many of our personal injury claims are settled and resolved through the personal injury claims process.  However, some personal injury claims require that a lawsuit be filed and those personal injury claims enter the litigation process.  We represent people in personal injury cases who have been injured in car accidents, slip and fall, dog bites, products liability and premises liability and many other situations involving personal injuries.  We also represent family members in cases where a loved one has been lost in a situation involving circumstances constituting a wrongful death case.

Oklahoma recognizes the rights of a person who suffered a personal injury to be made whole and compensated for their losses.  That is our objective as attorneys:  To assist the injured person in the recovery of all damages, including but not limited to, medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering to which they may be entitled.  Many persons attempt to handle their personal injury claims on their own because of their concerns over having to pay to hire an attorney.  We strive to make every person who retains our services, whether it is a catastrophic injury or a soft-tissue injury, in a better position for hiring us.

Consistently, in today’s media, many people hear about the need for tort reform and how trial lawyers are causing our health care costs to become unaffordable.  Many people do not hear about the stories of the average person who works a blue collar job, sustains a soft-tissue injury in a car accident or other personal injury situation, and then has to hear an insurance adjustor make an offer that will not cover medical bills.  As personal injury attorneys, our firm will represent that person in an honest and respectable manner and work to recover all money to which that person may be entitled.

Our emphasis in this website is not to offer legal advice, but to let people know that when they suffer personal injury, whether paralysis, soft-tissue injury, catastrophic injury or recently lost a loved one due to the negligence of another in a wrongful death situation; it is always better to contact an attorney who will be honest with them and work with them toward a resolution of the Personal Injury claim.
